Andrew Schoenbeck Honored by Wheaton College (Ill.) Applied Health Science Department

Wheaton College student Andrew Schoenbeck of Troy, Michigan was recently recognized with the Edward A. Coray Leadership Award by the Applied Health Science Department. This award was announced at Wheaton College's Honors Convocation.

The Edward A. Coray Leadership Award is given to an Applied Health Science major who has demonstrated leadership within the major or in extracurricular activities and who shows promise in contributing to society through continued leadership in a career.

The Applied Health Science Department at Wheaton College is focused on the theoretical and applied aspects of human health sciences and how best to care for the human vessel God has created in His image. Majors enter a variety of careers, including research in human health and movement sciences, public health sectors, medicine and allied health fields, human performance, fitness and wellness, and nutrition.
