Brianna McGuire Completes Honors Program in History at Wheaton College (Wheaton, Ill.)

Wheaton College (Ill.) student Brianna McGuire of Pottstown, Pa. successfully completed the Wheaton College Honors Program in history. McGuire was recognized for her achievement at Wheaton College's Honors Convocation.

Students accepted into the History Department's Honors Program are required to maintain a 3.5 overall grade point average in their major, take a course for honors credit, write an honors thesis and defend it before a faculty committee. McGuire completed all program requirements and received a special certificate indicating the honors designation at graduation.
