Christianna Tai Honored by Wheaton College (Ill.) Conservatory of Music

Wheaton College student Christianna Tai of Elk Grove Village, Illinois, recently received the Virginia Stoner Scholarship. This honor was announced by the Conservatory of Music at Wheaton College's Honors Convocation ceremony.

The Virginia Stoner Scholarship is awarded to a returning music education student with a vocal studies emphasis who has evidenced scholastic merit and devoted effort. Tai also received the Percussion Award, which is awarded to a current music major who is a percussionist of exceptional ability, making a significant contribution to the study and performance of percussion in the musical life of the Conservatory.
