Elizabeth Lengel Recognized by Wheaton College (Ill.) Business and Economics Department

Wheaton College student Elizabeth Lengel of Fleetwood, Pennsylvania recently received the Col. John L. Robertson USAF Scholarship Award. This award was announced by the Business and Economics Department at Wheaton College's Honors Convocation.

The Col. John L. Robertson USAF Scholarship Award is given to a sophomore who is a major in the Business and Economics Department. The recipient is selected by the department faculty based on academic excellence in both departmental and overall course work and Christian character in and outside the classroom.

The mission of the Business and Economics Department is to serve Jesus Christ and advance His Kingdom by developing students' intellectual competence in the disciplines of business and economics in ways that integrate Christian values, foster Christian character, and inspire commitment to build the church and benefit society worldwide.
