Emma DiBernardo Starts at Wheaton College (Ill.)

Wheaton College (Ill.) welcomes Emma DiBernardo of Pearl River, N.Y. to the campus community. DiBernardo graduated from Academy Of The Holy Angels.

Students in this year's class of 607 freshmen and 61 transfer students are from 45 states and Washington, D.C.; 46 countries; and 56 denominational backgrounds. The class includes 21 National Merit finalists. Incoming students had an average 3.7 grade point average, and 52 percent graduated in the top 10 percent of their high school classes. Eleven percent of this year's incoming students live outside of the U.S., and 22 percent are American ethnic minority students.
