Jenna Mullins Honored by Wheaton College (Ill.) Pre-Health Professions Program

Wheaton College student Jenna Mullins of Coralville, Iowa recently received the McKenna Scholarship. This award was announced by the Pre-Health Professions Program at Wheaton College's Honors Convocation ceremony.

The McKenna Scholarship is awarded to junior students pursuing a future career in medicine or dentistry in an underserved urban setting and who have at least a 3.3 GPA. Applicants are asked to submit a resume along with an essay describing their past experiences and current involvement in an underserved urban setting.

The Pre-Health Professions Program at Wheaton College provides personalized advising and support services, encouraging students to be intentional and strategic toward the pursuit of a career in the health professions.
