Wheaton College student Joel Miller of Fort Wayne, Indiana was selected to join the Christian Service Council Cabinet. Christian Service Council mobilizes students to serve the Chicagoland area through weekly and one-time service opportunities. Miller serves as Publicity Coordinator.
