Johann Sarna Wins Award in Wheaton College (Ill.) Creative Writing Contest

Wheaton College (Ill.) student Johann Sarna of Plano, Texas won first place in the 2014 Lowell-Grabill Creative Writing Contest.

Sponsored by the English Department at Wheaton, the Lowell-Grabill Creative Writing Contest is an annual contest open to undergraduates. Categories include fiction, creative non-fiction, and poetry. Sarna was awarded first place for his creative non-fiction piece, "Walking Devon."
