Josephine Needs Honored by Wheaton College (Ill.) Pre-Health Professions Program

Wheaton College student Josephine Needs of Peru, Illinois recently received the Global Health Internship Scholarship. This award was announced by the Pre-Health Professions Program at Wheaton College's Honors Convocation ceremony.

The Global Health Internship Scholarship is available to Wheaton College students completing for-credit internships focused on Global Health. Qualified applicants must have “vocational interest in the field of global health and have financial need” and be enrolled as a Wheaton College student while completing the internship. Applicants are asked to submit a resume providing a profile of their experiences and essay describing their interest, experience, and future goals within global health.
