Wheaton College (Ill.) Student-Athlete Jordan Tuin Recognized by College Conference of Illinois and Wisconsin

Jordan Tuin, a member of the women's track and field team at Wheaton College, was recognized by the College Conference of Illinois and Wisconsin as CCIW Co-Women's Track Athlete of the Meet during the spring 2016 semester.

Tuin, of South Elgin, Illinois, is a graduate of South Elgin High School.

The Thunder women's track and field team finished fourth at the 2016 CCIW Outdoor Track & Field Championships.

Wheaton College sponsors 21 varsity sports, and Thunder teams compete at the NCAA Division III level. The Thunder Athletics program has won five NCAA Division III Championships since 1984, and Wheaton student-athletes have won 31 Division III individual National Championships all-time.
