Wheaton College (Ill.) Student-Athlete Megan Neuhaus Recognized by College Conference of Illinois and Wisconsin

Megan Neuhaus, a member of the softball team at Wheaton College, was recognized by the College Conference of Illinois and Wisconsin as Second Team All-Conference during the spring 2016 semester.

Neuhaus, of Wilmette, Illinois, is a graduate of New Trier High School.

The Thunder softball team won the 2016 CCIW Tournament and made their first-ever appearance in the NCAA Division III Softball Championship. The team finished the season with 32 wins, a single-season record for the program.

Wheaton College sponsors 21 varsity sports, and Thunder teams compete at the NCAA Division III level. The Thunder Athletics program has won five NCAA Division III Championships since 1984, and Wheaton student-athletes have won 31 Division III individual National Championships all-time.
