Wheaton College (Ill.) Student Joshua Knowlton Receives Ivan J. Fahs Student Paper Award

Wheaton College student Joshua Knowlton of Waupun, Wisconsin, recently received second place in the Anthropology division of the Ivan J. Fahs Student Paper Awards.

The Ivan J. Fahs Memorial Paper Competition is an annual paper competition open to undergraduates using sociological or anthropological perspectives, methods, and theories. Dr. Fahs, in his 21 years at Wheaton College, mentored students to submit 54 prize winning papers. In memory of his legacy of scholarship, the department extends prize awards to up to three students each in Sociology & Anthropology.
