Wheaton College (Ill.) Student Lindsey Rothrock Awarded First Place in Student Art Exhibition

Wheaton College student Lindsey Rothrock of State College, Pennsylvania was recently awarded first place in the Nonword & Upward Student Juried Art Exhibition. This award was announced at Wheaton College's Honors Convocation.

Providing an education in visual perception, visual literacy, art appreciation, and artistic process, the Art Department at Wheaton College encourages students to make art that is culturally relevant while seeking out beauty and significance, celebrating individual uniqueness, and participating in community.
