Wheaton College (Ill.) Student Rachel Jobe Awarded Scholarship by Education Department

Rachel Jobe of DeKalb, Ill. was awarded the Fadenrecht Memorial Scholarship by the Education Department at Wheaton College (Ill.). Jobe was recognized as a scholarship recipient at Wheaton College's Honors Convocation.
