Wheaton College (Ill.) Student Rachel Thomson Honored by Christian Formation and Ministry Department

Wheaton College student Rachel Thomson of Shreveport, Louisiana was recently recognized with the Engelmann Family Ministry Scholarship. The award was presented by the Christian Formation and Ministry Department at Wheaton College's Honors Convocation.

The scholarship is presented to a student who has demonstrated significant past and current service and has committed to future involvement in a local church.

The Christian Formation and Ministry Department seeks to equip academically grounded, spiritually maturing, and practically skilled ministers of the gospel who are prepared to build up the Church universal in a rapidly changing world.
