Wheaton College (Ill.) Student Tyler Garrett Awarded Politics and International Relations Scholarship

Tyler Garrett of Richmond, Va. was awarded the Doug Beers Scholarship by the Politics and International Relations Department at Wheaton College (Ill.).

The Doug Beers Scholarship is awarded to a sophomore or junior student who has demonstrated an interest in politics and plans to pursue a career in public service. The student’s academic performance, extra-curricular activities and off-campus experiences also play a role in the selection process. Garrett was recognized as a scholarship recipient at Wheaton College's Honors Convocation.
