Zachary Erwin Receives President's Art Commission Award from Wheaton College (Ill.) Art Department

Wheaton College student Zachary Erwin of Louisville, Kentucky recently received the President's Art Commission Award from the Art Department. This award was announced at Wheaton College's Honors Convocation.
The President's Art Commission, founded by Wheaton College President Philip Ryken, facilitates the collection and display of art on campus.
Providing an education in visual perception, visual literacy, art appreciation, and artistic process, the Art Department at Wheaton College encourages students to make art that is culturally relevant while seeking out beauty and significance, celebrating individual uniqueness, and participating in community.
